braillenote troubles: access violation reading...

Hello.
I have been having troubles. MY braillenote keeps saying accessviolation number 36, 16 and three million something or other every time I press a button, whether it be the cursor keys or the braille keyboard.
What should I do, if anything?

Hmm, this has happened to me before (mainly on the internet), but it doesn't happen all the time. This may seem obvious, but have you tried a reset? Also, what braillenote do you have EG braillenote mpower BT32 and what version of keysoft are you using?

the classic 7.5.
display size is 18.
I tried reset with 123 keys held down, haven't tried the hard reset yet.
Hard reset does the same thing.

I've gotten that stupid error message, but usually a reset will fix it. Did you call HumanWare tech support.

If this is happening at a particular time or on a particular page, then it may be worth calling HW tech support so they can re-produce the error. Unfortunately, at this time, the Apex doesn't appear to have fixed these errors on webpages.
